Policies

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged watches and unopened new items; all return items must include the original packaging, warranty cards, and proof of purchase. Pre-owned and vintage pieces are final sale unless a significant undisclosed defect is discovered and reported within 7 days of receipt, in which case we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item; shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. To initiate a return, contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorization and return instructions.
